What are the rules regarding tailgating on Presidential Park?

Can Gameday Done Right setup my own equipment and store it between games?

No, we only setup tailgating equipment that is rented from Gameday Done Right.

Is there any other location on campus besides Presidential Park to setup a tailgate package?

No, we setup our tailgates only on Presidential Park.  This area is exclusively reserved for Gameday Done Right customers so we can guarantee our clients a reserved tailgate space.

Can our package be upgraded for extra tables, chairs, other accessories?

Gameday Done Right will try to accommodate our clients with any upgrades if there is equipment available.

Can Gameday Done Right upgrade my package to accommodate a TV and satellite hookup?

Gameday Done Right only offers TV’s and satellite connection for larger size packages due to space requirements.

What time will my tailgate be setup on gameday and how long do you allow the tailgate to be setup post game?

Gameday Done Right will have your tailgate ready by 9 AM on gameday. We also allow you to enjoy your tailgate up to 3 hours after morning games, 2 hours for afternoon games, and 1 hour for night games.

Where is the best place to park on gameday?

When can I drop off any extra tailgating accessories that are not provided by Gameday Done Right and pick them up after the game?

Drop Off:

Gameday 6:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. for morning games

Gameday 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. for afternoon games

Gameday 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. for night games and homecoming

Pickup:

Post game – when pedestrian and Gameday traffic clears (approximately 2 hours after the end of the game or sooner if determined by law enforcement officials)

Can we bring an electric grill or any kind of electrical cooking options out to Presidential Park to cook?

No. Electrical cooking equipment is not allowed on the Presidential Park at any times. It puts a strain on the power supply on Presidential Park and can cause problems with the electricity.

Charcoal Grills are allowed on the Presidential Park.

Gasoline-powered generators are strictly prohibited on the Presidential Park. They create noise and fumes that are disturbing to others.

Will we have the opportunity to use electricity on the Presidential Park?

Each tailgate will be guaranteed access power on the Presidential Park. All TV’s and electronics rented from Gameday Done Right will be setup and ready at your tailgate.

Are we required to clean up our area after the game is over?

No. Gameday Done Right will do this service for you. The University of Alabama provides trashcans around your tailgate area to use. We ask that you take with you any of your personal belongings that you want to keep and we’ll take care of the rest.
